• Essentially yeah it just comes with a preinstalled rgb and fan controller . As well as a rgb strip. I think it's worth the difference since you don't have to source your own controller. Hop this answer helps answer your question

• In addition to the RGB. There is a USB 2.0 front port, vertical GPU mount and Smart Device V2. The latter controls fans and lighting within the case.
