It does support vertical GPU mounting however you need to purchase the vertical GPU mount separately.

NZXT sells a vertical mount separately that does fit in this case.  I just installed it with a 7900GRE video card.  It's tight, but everything fits.

Yes, the H6 Flow and the rest of NZXT's current case line support vertical GPU mounting. However, they require a vertical GPU mounting kit that is sold separately.

Please note that the NZXT vertical GPU mounting kit reduces the max supported GPU length by 16mm.
