    • Answer Avoid this product like the plague. Go look at all the "stuck on startup" issues. My computer has to start to non fast-mode otherwise my CPU spikes to 100 degrees immediately. The fan is way louder than it should be and my only solution to get my computer to boot is to leave the fans at 100%. The cam software also caused 2 catastropic failures on my new 5090rtx-based gaming PC. I switched it out for a Corsair... zero issues ever since. I know this isn't a review area but Best Buy turned off reviews for this product.
