The AIO that came in did have the new AM5 hardware inside. However, I know some stores maybe even best buy that may have older aios that may not include the am5 hardware. There is a way for the hardware to be sent for free through the NZXT website. All you would need to show is proof of purchase of an AM5 motherboard/cpu and the aio and they will send it to you free of charge including shipping. Hope this helps.
