A:AnswerThe trays are usually packed in a small accessory box. Please feel free to contact us at 888-627-6743 if you are not able to locate them or need additional assistance.
A:AnswerThe control switches are built into the inside of the armrest and cannot be moved to a different location. Seats with 2 armrest have the controller on the LHF arm, usually 1-arm seats have an RHF arm with a controller and armless seats have it on the side of the frame, just underneath the cushion. This is a space saving model and it only requires 4-6 inches of wall space to recline.
A:AnswerIf the chair is not in stock, you can go to your local Best Buy store and have them call the Magnolia Design Center. They can order the chair(s) for you in any arrangement you'd like.
A:AnswerThe lights on the cupholders in the armrest are tied into the same on/off button that the Lower LED lights are on. Depending on the seat, these can be disabled if they bother you. Give our support team a call for assistance.
