There's an included eyeglass spacer. As well as an adjustable IPD slider to adjust focus.

But i do use my glasses sometimes, depending if im playing game or just surfing or watching youtube,netflix, etc. Playing beat saber i suggest contacts since it can fog up due to sweating. There are prescription lens mod that you can order to fit over the oculus quest lens but thats extra cost
