• Rec Room and VR Chat will be launched titles. It violates guidelines to post links, but the pinned post on r/OculusQuest has all of the confirmed and rumored games/apps that will be coming to Oculus Quest

• Yes, but you can only enter specific worlds. PC users will have to join these specific worlds if they want to meet you.
