“Does it read body motion like Oculus Rift for PC or I need to buy the actual sensors as well?? I know the device already has motion detection integrated buy I will like to know if it does work like Rift. With Oculus Go couldn't play apps I had on Rift.”

I have never owned either VR set that you have mentioned but the only accessory needed is the carrying case for protection that I highly recommend (about $47 after tax)
