Yes but only certain times like saturdays between 12-2pm. Have to check local store. I bought mine a few weeks ago. Using it for fitness and it is great, I love it

Yes, just depends on the store. Many Best buys have a variety of Apple iPads on display. And normally they have an Apple "specialist" lurking around.
