QuestionCan a headrest be installed on this chair? Are there any holes on the upper frame? If yes, what is the distance between them?

QuestionCan armrests be moved closer to and farther from your body? I have a slim build and using armrests that are spaced too wide out doesn't work for me. I need an elbow rest that is ergonomically in line with my hands.
