“Does this chair adjust low enough for someone who is 5'6" to comfortably use?”

• It's a little difficult to answer that question. I'm 5'2" and when I'm sitting at the top level I can still reach the floor with my feet. when I measure from the top of the seat to the floor it's 21 and 1/2". I hope that helps
