• A:Answer Yes and no. The same UPC is on both. Series 4 is white boxes, series 5 is black boxes. Vendor made it complicated for best buy to sell. They need to recall and repackage them correctly.

• A:Answer I'm using a S25 Ultra and a Speck Presidio2 case. Both are "magssfe" and work just fine with the OhSnap series 5 (black boxes). As long as the case is magsafe for the phone in question (Qi charging) you should be good.

Q: QuestionAlthough instructions say “remove this liner”, it exposes adhesive. I want to keep the option to pop it off MagSafe, but leaving the liner has this silly blue tab sticking out. Why is this different than the black ohsnap grip I have? Am I to cut the tab?

• A:Answer The adhesive might lose its stickiness over time, but it is designed to wash it off and the stickiness returns. I have moved it from case to case 3 or 4 times and it is still sticky. I also believe the magnets are strong enough to hold it.
