• Our grip uses adhesive assist, so it should be compatible with an otterbox case as long as it is not silicone or heavily textured!

• It sticks onto the smooth plastic case I had with no issue.

• Yes, it will attached to any smooth surface. So if your OtterBox has a smooth surface you are good.
