No, it's intended to be screwed into OKAI's eBike's bracket's frame and only need washers that are aligned for the 4 holes on the bike's frame. If I can remove all the metal shavings/sand from within this product I'll simply make my own mount with several strips of rubber for safe friction and sound prevention along with several zip ties to maintain it securely in place!
