“Frequency Range Do the mics and the circuitry allow full range recording for good muic reproduction? Usually that's 20 - 20,000 Hz. I want to get good recordings of band music at full low - high range. Is there another Olympus model recommended for this usage?”

For this application I strongly suggest considering the LS-7 or LS-11 PCM recorder. You will not be disappointed by these models.
