“My computers refuse to recognize my VN541-PC recorder to download files (it was recognized when I first bought it). The recorder screen flashes "PC" when I attach the USB cable. What am I doing wrong? I need to download the recordings.”

• It doesn't work on pc's with Windows 11. That's what my problem is.
