Yes, it is a great underwater camera. You can actually take the camera inside water for shooting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works up to 50 feet. We have used it around 15 in pool water and maybe 10 or so in the ocean around the tide pools and had no problems. As long as you make sure the doors are locked you should have no issues. I would suggest just as a precaution do not depend on it on a big water event. Before that put in a bowl of water let it sit for awhile just to make sure there is no defects in the camera. I have never had it happen or know anyone it has happen too but it just is common sense to me to test it after buying while it is still under warranty to make sure it does not leak if you need to return it for a new one. I have had 3 tough series camera and never had an issue with any of them and leaks and all have taken fabulous pics and video in and out of water.
