“Is it water proof”

• Yes. I have used it in a lagoon and the ocean as well as the pool many times now with no problem. I think it is up to 50 feet.

• YES it is waterproof, for up to 50ft look at the picture of front of the camera.

• I've had this camera for 3 years. I've taken it paddle boarding, waterskiing, (snow) skiing, ocean pier jumping and never had a problem... until yesterday. We were playing in the ocean when the LCD flip screen blacked out and I found water on the battery. I was hoping it would dry out but today the screen is still blacked out.
