• You could upgrade the fan but HP has not tested third party fans so I cannot be sure which would be compatible.

• It's all pretty much upgradeable. The side panel opens up for easy access. Just check with someone who knows a little about PC's before you go tossing something in.

• Which fan ? Case fan, graphic card fan or cpu fan. You can add a 120mm case fan to the top of the inside of the case. And yes, you can upgrade the graphics card.
