Is this system VR ready as configured out of the box? null

Yes, this model is is VR ready out of the box!

I plugged in my Oculus Rift yesterday and it ran perfectly. I needed to drive my monitor with a DVI to HDMI adapter to allow the Oculus to be connected to the one HDMI connector on the video card.

Search in the questions as someone else asked, and a HP rep said yes.
