“Would I be able to easily add/exchange the cooling for an effective liquid cooling system, to avoid overheating due to its 2 small fans? this is currently my only concern before I buy this PC, so please let me know.”

In order to support a large radiator for liquid cooling you would likely need to change the case. As it is configured now, there should be no issue with overheating.
