“So I am going to order this if I can find a new CPU cooler that doesn't require removing the motherboard.... anybody found this? Any specific HSF that can be easily installed? Thanks!”

I couldnt find a CPU cooler that didnt require removing motherboard. You have to pry the CPU cooler off the back of the motherboard and its attached via strong glue and was so hard for me to get off and you have an extremely high chance of bending motherboard.
