• This is a pretty small cuff IMHO; much smaller than what they used to supply. I doubt even a very petite person would not be able to use this cuff. If it doesn't work, either return it or contact Omron via their website for an exchange to a child-size.

• I have pretty small arms also and the cuff fits somewhat like an expandable bracelet, so I think it should be fine.
