This comes with a pre-formed Easy-Wrap Comfit Cuff that fits arms 9” to 17” in circumference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine -- which I just bought a month ago -- came with the 9 - 17 inch cuff (that's circumference measurement). It's not a D-Ring cuff though so you sacrifice a bit of comfort for the versatility of going 9 -17 instead of the 7 - 9, 9 - 13, and 13 - 17 inch three D-Ring cuffs you'd need for the same coverage.

It has a curved hard plastic section and then turns flat and wraps the rest if the way around your arm. I am a woman with a normal sized arm and it’s really snug. If your upper arm is really big I would definitely get the separate cuff.
