• NO. I believe the 3 series does not even offer this "comfort cuff"; you will get the unwieldy D-Ring cuff, which requires a second person to put the cuff on, it cannot be done yourself! If you always have access to a second helper, then I guess it would be fine. But my experience was not good with the 3 series re: accuracy, and had to send it back. Check the Omrom website to purchase d or exchange a larger cuff, try phoning them.
