A:AnswerNot sure if the cuff doesn’t have a good fit it might have trouble getting u an accurate reading. I think you can order different sizes. My cuff works fine. Also u might get different readings depending on if u take readings sitting on standing. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerThis sounds like a question for the manufacturer. I have the same problem. Inaddition, I have to continue turning it off and start it over before it will eventually give me a reading.
