Hi Butch, to pair your OMRON 3 Series Blood Pressure Monitor with your iPhone, first download the free OMRON Connect app from the App Store. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and add a new device. When prompted, press and hold the Bluetooth or transfer button on your monitor until the Bluetooth symbol flashes, then select your model in the app to complete pairing. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your iPhone settings and that your phone is close to the monitor during setup.
