• A:Answer Error Code/Symbol - Not going to the hospital. Clothing disrupting the measurement or something in the way to get a reading. The monitor cuff has to be on your skin when taking a reading. Take your reading again.

• A:Answer You can request that the smartphone app send you a file with the readings and you can then send the file to your doctor. Maybe if you pay for the subscription it might send to your doctor for you, I would rather control that myself and not pay for a subscription.
