“I'm on a Razer Blade Stealth Quartz ed.13" (2019) Integrated cam is flickering on any App. Tried with an external brand-new USB camera and same issue. I changed the frame rate, reinstalled drivers, updated chipset, I even did factory reset with HDD wipe.”
