Dear Ron, thank you for your interest in our URC 7966. This remote is compatible with Insignia TVs, but unfortunately not with your Roku Stick. The only option would be if both devices support HDMI CEC functionality. In that case you can control your stick through the TV mode. We would be more than happy to double check the compatibility.
