“Are the bristles hard or soft?”

• Call Oral-B if you have any questions. Customer service is great! I called and there are 2 different brushes you can buy. The ultra-clean (in a blue package) and the sensitive (in a pink package). I have the ultra-clean and assume the sensitive toothbrush heads are softer. Again call Oral-B customer service for any questions.

• soft, sort of. They may be a bit harder that the soft bristle manual toothbrush I also use sometime.
