“Does it stop after two minutes or at least signal that two minutes has passed?”

No it will keep going it takes me 3 minutes to get a good cleaning or for my liking.

You get a beep at the two minute marker and the brush does a quick stop before resuming. It will not stop until you stop it manually.

It vibrates every 30 seconds so UK to move it to next area of ur mouth and it vibrates for like 5 secs after 2 mins but u can a continue to use longer than 2 mins

Yes, if gives a very brief pause (just so you notice) every 30 seconds, and a triple brief pause at two minutes… but doesn’t turn off. You press the button again to stop. And note, you get a smiley face when you brush for at least two minutes, and brush correctly (not too much pressure - take care of your gums, too) and cover all teeth. Hope this helps!
