It does spin 360 degrees.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it does not spin 360 degrees. It oscillates maybe 90 degrees in each direction. Noisy and too much vibration, but does do the job, if you can stand the heavy vibration on your teeth. Way too powerful for me, even on the slowest setting.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Spins 360....you'll see when you take it out of your mouth and it sprays stuff everywhere. My suggestion turn it off before you remove it from your mouth.
