Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it does not spin 360 degrees. It oscillates maybe 90 degrees in each direction. Noisy and too much vibration, but does do the job, if you can stand the heavy vibration on your teeth. Way too powerful for me, even on the slowest setting.
