Replace the HDMI cable with a new better quality one, *if it goes between your television and the ORBY box. I’ve personally experienced new faulty HDMI cables that wouldn’t pass audio to the television. Other possibilities replace your batteries, reprogram remote. Slim chance of a bad HDMI port on the tv or ORBY unit, for this issue you could use a toslink cable for the audio or go with basic rca style audio video cables.
