• If the dish is installed and aligned properly you should only rarely have trouble with rain fade. Of course, the locals are received through an off-air antenna that comes with the install so you should still be able to get local news and info in case of a bad storm.

• Yes, you will get rain fade just like dishnetwork or direct tv in a heavy rain storm
