• I'm pretty sure this is not the same case with Orby. However, I recommend talking to them directly.

• You had an ignorant or ill equipped installer if that was in the last ten years. I’ve personally installed a dozen for that companies eastern satellites. May I recommend setting up an I installation appointment and let the ORBY technician do a satellite survey to determine wether your residence can get the service . The only cost is your time if it doesn’t work out.
