#1 Yes it will be no cost for them since the new owner would just plug the existing boxes into their televisions in the same room. If they need the recievers in additional rooms then they would likely need to have the professionals do their work and incur a charge. #2 A) Yes B) No cost to you but time, if you take 100 percent of it with you and install it yourself. Or take the boxes with you and have the tech company do the labor at a cost.
