Show me where my membership began, and when I’ve utilized it’s members only trade and tricks perks of the technical world when technically challenged and unqualified.

Is this a complicated issue because I’m not technically not understanding the technical wording or GEEK SQUAD? Both words put together sound like something I’m not aware of any membership that would have me join and how did I join? This may have slipped in my emails like spam section and I never saw that details
