When and how did my membership start??? Is this a complicated issue because I’m not technically not understanding the technical wording or GEEK SQUAD? Both words put together sound like something I’m not aware of any membership that would have me join and how did I join? This may have slipped in my emails like spam section and I never saw that details

Just curious as to what’s my position and role in the world of tech and all things tech, the incredible vast amounts of opportunity, with the knowledge and support of a new cavewoman.... I have an idea of the damage that could happen or be caused by an inexperienced and unqualified chick like myself. So “GEEK SQUAD MEMBER” how and when and who says so?? When and where do I go to confirm my curiosity?

Wait I thought I was supposed to me asking the question to the question? Grandma I’m just as confused.... sorry maybe you should take the computer to where it was purchased and ask them where they got it and them follow the bread crumbs to the problem caused that can actually make it perform the way it was intended...
