“Can geek squad update/reinstall my windows 10 to 11(current), my computer refuses to update and was told that the bios needs to be updated so it can allow windows 11 to be installed/updated, I don’t trust myself to do it.”

Geek Squad can install Windows 11, if you computer is compatible. They will let you know after checking you laptop, tablet, or desktop.
