“I received this 3 days ago. I have used the convection oven 3 times before today and it seemed like the fan was moving all the time. Today I cooked and the fan doesn't seem to be moving. Does it shut off when the temp. is reached?”

I found that you can turn the fan on or off by pressing the Convection button before you press start Hope this helps
