“Does not have non stick interior, is it really hard to clean up after use, and someone stated the racks and basket are poor quality, worried about buying this product, thank you”

• Parchment or wax paper a small layer under food & voila,,,,no clean-up! Did it this a.m. with bacon & easy-breezy cooking. The baskets and racks are the opposite of poor quality. I was really impressed with the quality stainless.
