The Oster Convection Toaster Oven exterior will get hot. We recommend operating with kitchen gloves while in use. It is large enough to cook a whole chicken. The capacity will accommodate a 13" x 9" roasting/baking pan and fits a 12" pizza.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Oster Team responded that it will hold a 9" by 13" pan. This is true - provided the pan has no handles. I have multiple 9x13 glass pans and they WILL NOT fit. The interior dimension would have to be closer to 15.5" for any of my 9x13 pans to fit.

Please try again later.I have not cooked a whole chicken in it, i do not understand the question about food capacity, if you read dimensions on the specs of the item, you can figure that out, not sure if stays cold in the outside, is an oven , I just touch the handle to open the door to get my food out.
