“We've only used blender about 10 times and all of a sudden it doesn't work. It's plugged into a working electrical outlet and glass jar is in correct position. What could be wrong?”

• Thank you for contacting Oster®! We are sorry to hear that your Oster - Classic Series 8 Speed Blender with Duralast™ All Metal Drive stopped working. A possible cause of blender not working could be jamming. For this you must first disassemble the drive and then turn the blade shaft. If it seems to be jammed, check what is the cause of jamming. In most cases it is debris in the blades of the blender that causes jamming. We hope this helps!

• If you smell something burning, see smoke or don't hear any mechanical sounds - your motor stopped working and needs to be replace. If you're still in warranty, the manufacturer will replace it for free, depending on the shipping cost.
