Did you leave the AC adapter plugged in all the time. If so I was told by the manufacturer that this actually shortens the life of this product. They recommend you charge it for 24 hours and then unplug the recharging base until all the power is exhausted. Then you repeat the process to extend the life of this product.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem... we used to leave it unplugged but then on the rare occasion we wanted to use it we had to charge it hours ahead of time. It became easier to just leave it plugged in
