Q: QuestionDoes the lifetime warranty cover scratches on the screen protector to get replaced in store?

• A:Answer Warranty service is available on otterbox website. It is a smooth process but you do have to cover shipping so I always try to put in a few claims at the same time. I am not sure about Best Buy warranty with regards to this product. I have been using OtterBox for years and I always rely on their personal warranty for replacements.
