  • QuestionDoes this work with the defender Pro case

    • Answer It does fit well with the defender pro. In a perfect world they would’ve left the built in protector with the defender pro cases. But, due to the new curved iPhone screens they could not. This is probably your best bet if you have the defender pro, as it’s designed by the same people to work with that particular case. However if you’re not going to go with the defender, now that I’ve shopped around, I’d suggest looking into a case from LifeProof (waterproof to 2 meters and has a screen protector built in). That’s the only other comparable option. Best Buy also has the LifeProof cases for various phones and is definitely another option if you decide against the offerings from otter box.

  • QuestionIf I mess up the install, can I exchange it?

    • Answer It would be covered by the manufacturer lifetime warranty in that case? I don’t think they replace botched installs, but otter box offers a great warranty and you’d still get a replacement from them. However, if that is a big concern for you, the Geek Squad can install your protector and in that case you would have the product replaced immediately if it were improperly installed or easily return if not to your satisfaction. It would even be covered for you, and replaced immediately during you installing it at home; if the problem you encounter with installing it was due to a manufacturer defect.
