• Yes, and as proof I’ve attached a pic of a mechanical pencil in the slot. I also attached a pic without the green pencil and you can see a pic of a pencil right in front of the slot where the Apple Pencil goes.

• If you have a 6th gen iPad will the pencil charge in the slot or to you have to take off the entire case?
