“camera hole on the back is not the same design as 2 years ago's design old older design was more triangular the new camera open slot is round on the Otter , my wife states that the pictures she takes are partially covered. old design was best.”

She’s using a case that fits her phone, but it ISN'T for her EXACT MODEL PHONE. Make SURE you check the EXACT MODEL BRAND, TYPE, SIZE, YEAR of the Model and MODEL NUMBER. These are EXACT MEASUREMENTS for EVERY BRAND and EVERY MODEL and MODEL YEAR. Otter Box would NOT sell ANY CASE that wasn’t made to the EXACT MEASUREMENTS! and just ONE of the reasons they’re the TOP BRAND is for THAT reason alone. As a matter of fact, ALL the phones etc. are 3D LASER SCANNED to EXACT MEASUREMENTS to ENSURE things like THAT DO NOT HAPPEN. You should call Otter Box customer service and give them your case model number and the phone you’re using with it, and they will either give you the CORRECT model number to purchase, or possibly exchange the case so you indeed have the CORRECT CASE for your phone etc. Good luck with your endeavor.
