No, the Otterbox Defender (5th-6th Gen) case for iPad will not fit the 7th gen version. The 7th gen is slightly longer than the 5th-6th gen version. Otterbox has a 7th gen Defender case on their website. I am waiting for Best Buy to start carrying it...hopefully it will be available soon.
