• Yes a little bit but not bad. To me Samsung speakers aren't that good at all you only have a single speaker really what kind of quality do you get out of a single speaker it's facing downward not facing you. At least on my Galaxy S8 Plus

• I bought the Otterbox defender without the screen protector. The Otterbox has a cut out for the phone speaker, so there is no interference with sound quality. If you get one I know you will be happy with it.

• Didn't feel any difference actually. The speaker area of the case is also open so there isn't really any loss. At least I didn't feel any.
